I have been going through a few of my old photos – found this one of my youngest son Dwight – he turned 17 last week, now has size 13 feet and is taller than his father – but he is still ‘My Sweet Boy’. Isn’t’ he cute? Pennants/flags are one of new favorite things and I especially like how they use up scraps and can come in all shapes and sizes. I got the idea for this LO from a friends magazine cutting.
I really love these beautiful photos of my gorgeous nieces. I used the Flirtatious Specialty DSP, the Tasteful Trim Big Shot die, Timeless Type die, Creative Element stamp set. This is another easy peasy 15 min LO – fast and fun.
This LO is of my son Dwight – I love the picture as it has caught the whip of his hair so well. I used the DSP Frightful Sight – the colors in this pack are great for masculine LOs. The Circle Scissor makes it easy to cut the round elements, and Circle Circus stamp set adds some pattern to the white circle frame. I don’t think the photo does this LO justice as the colors are quite stunning in Real Life.
This LO is of my Niece Gwyneth – the photo was taken a long time ago – she is turning 8 this week. The Everyday Enchantment SAB papers are lovely and the matching brads and ribbons finish off a LO perfectly. I have inked/sponged around the edges of all the paper pieces and doodled a little too.
This LO is bright and summery. I got the general idea from a magazine cutting from a friend. All the elements are sponged with black ink and some doodling around the edges has been added. The patterned paper comes from a Designer Series Paper Stack and Big Top Birthday. I stamped with Sunny Fun on the patterned paper and individually cut each one to create the mixed color columns of jandals. I added some spritzing, Circle Circus stamps and the Petite Pennant Punch sunshine rays. I really like the finished page.

I found these photos of my now 18 year old son Ethan and couldn’t resist the opportunity to scrap my cute as baby. It is scary how fast time passes. Sketchy Thursdays provided the beginnings of the LO design. I really enjoy using the Color Spritzer tool on my backgrounds. I used the Itty Bitty Bits stamp set, Bitty Buttons and matching punch. Neutral collection DSP stack and Just Add Cake is the patterned paper.
This LO showcases our crazy kids – they love playing up to the camera. I used the ink pad and applied the color direct to the card stock background. The DSP Big Top Birthday is fun and colorful a great compliment to the craziness, I think. I doodled the shapes and hand cut them. I also used Under the Big Top stamp set, this created a rub on type look. The Timeless Type Junior Alphabet makes a super title.
